CINCINNATI -- The Cincinnati Police Department is looking for a missing teenager who has bipolar disorder and depression and may be out of medication.
Arthur Sprague left his home at 6:20 a.m. Thursday to go to Walnut Hills High School. Sprague never made it to school.
Sprague is 5’7’’ and 200 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
