CINCINNATI – Police are asking for the public’s help to find a child missing from her home in Cincinnati’s West End neighborhood.
Authorities said Jasmin Richardson, 13, was last seen by her mother Monday. She was wearing a Green Summit Academy hooded sweatshirt, khaki pants, brown knee high boots and black-rimmed glasses.
Richardson’s parents told officers their daughter has never gone missing and they are very concerned about her whereabouts, police said.
