CINCINNATI — The Cincinnati Police Department said a teenager who wasshot Monday in Avondale has since died.
Around 7:30 p.m. Monday, 16-year-old Galevon Beauchamp was shot in the 3500 block of Reading Road, according to police officials. First responders transported Beauchamp to Cincinnati Children's with life-threatening injuries. Police said Beauchamp died Thursday morning from his injuries.
Authorities haven’t released any information about potential suspects. The investigation is ongoing.
