CINCINNATI -- Police on Tuesday night requested the public’s help locating 73-year-old Roe Edwards, who left his Avondale home early that morning and did not return.
Edwards has dementia, according to police. He was last spotted wearing a maroon T-shirt and black jogging pants at 6:35 a.m. on Hutchins Avenue.
He is known to frequent Norwood, Lockland and the VA Hospital.
Anyone who sees him should contact police.
