Meghan Wesley is the senior manager of enterprise/investigative at WCPO. You can reach her at meghan.wesley@wcpo.com.

As tension mounts surrounding a video showing Covington Catholic students appearing to mock members of the Indigenous People's March in Washington, D.C., on Friday, our team of journalists continues to dig into the details of what happened.

From the minute WCPO became aware of the video that millions of people have now viewed, our team has worked to try to find out as much as we could about what happened. Several Covington Catholic students have reached out to us, wanting us to know of what they saw as a bigger picture of what occurred on Friday. None of those people is willing to go on the record just yet, but we will continue to search for and give a voice to anyone who can shed more light on the events that occurred on the steps of the Lincoln Memorial.

Here is what we know so far. The original viral video has apparently been removed from Twitter, but you can see a clip of it in our coverage below.

We will dig into all sides of this issue and report them as fully as we can. If you would like to speak to us, please do not hesitate to email newsdesk@wcpo.com. You can also reach me directly at meghan.wesley@wcpo.com. I will share all perspectives I receive with the other managers on our team.

WCPO will continue to work to facilitate this conversation. Please reach out to myself or anyone in our newsroom if you are willing to talk and want to share your story or thoughts or emotions. Even if you don't want your name to be used, we want to talk to you.
