HAMILTON, Ohio — A man was hospitalized Tuesday after being struck by a train, authorities said.
The man injured was believed to be 19 years old and walking near Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd. and Pershing Ave. Tuesday afternoon when he was struck, according to Hamilton Police Sgt. John Fischer.
Fischer said the man was conscious but could not confirm the extent of his injuries. He was flown by helicopter to a hospital outside Butler County for treatment.
