UNION TOWNSHIP, Ohio — One man died after crashing into the rear of a school bus in Clermont County Tuesday evening, officials with the Ohio State Highway Patrol said.
Dustin Traylor, 38, of Foster, Kentucky struck the back of the bus on Interstate 275 near Milford Parkway at about 9:15 p.m., according to a news release. The bus was being operated by a 76-year-old Amelia man. The only passenger on the bus was an 18-year-old woman. They were not injured in the crash.
Both vehicles were headed south on I-275 when deputies said Traylor struck the back of the bus. He was not wearing a seat belt, and was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
The crash remains under investigation by OSHP.
