CINCINNATI — A 23-year-old Indianapolis woman died from injuries in a car crash on southbound Interstate 71 near Downtown Saturday night, police said Tuesday.

The victim, Asiha Allen-Freeman, was a back-seat passenger in a car that struck a traffic attenuator about 11:45 p.m., police said. She was wearing a seatbelt.

Three others in the car sustained minor injuries.

Impairment does appear to be a factor in the crash, police said.

Witnesses are asked to call the Cincinnati Police Traffic Unit at 513-352-2514.
