CINCINNATI -- A Winton Hills man was charged Wednesday with aggravated murder in connection with a fatal shooting more than two years ago.
William Smith, 32, is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday morning.
He's accused of killing Michael Hopkins, 29, on July 23, 2013 at an apartment complex in the city's Sedamsville neighborhood.
Another person was also shot in the incident, though the injuries were not life-threatening.
Court documents don't specify what led up to the shooting. Smith had no attorney listed with Hamilton County court as of Wednesday night.
