Police: Man dies after shooting in Westwood backyard

Argument led to violence

CINCINNATI – A 29-year-old man died after being shot during an argument in Westwood Saturday evening, according to police.

District 3 officers responded to 2643 Westbrook Drive just after 6 p.m. for a male shot in the neck. The victim was behind 2711 Lafeuille Ave. when an argument broke out and he was shot by an unknown assailant, according to police.

Swavay Reaves, the victim, had life-threatening injuries and was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center, police said. That's where he was pronounced dead.
