CINCINNATI -- Police arrested a suspect Thursday in the August shooting death of a 19-year-old.
Anquan Williams, 19, is facing a charge of murder in the death of Parrish Perkins, as well as a charge of felonious assault.
Police found Perkins dead in an apartment building stairwell in the 5800 block of Shadymist Lane at about 3 p.m. Aug. 31.
They found a second victim also suffering from a gunshot wound. The second victim was treated at University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Williams is scheduled to appear in court for arraignment Friday.
