BATAVIA, Ohio -- Authorities have arrested the man accused deliberately crashing a car into a Loveland sports bar last month.

Police said Bradley Pauley, 39, drove a Kia Optima through a fence, across a patio and into the side of Zappz Sports Bar and Grille on Loveland Madeira Road at about 2:30 a.m. on April 22.

Pauley is facing a charge of felonious assault in the incident.

A bar patron was driven to a hospital and Pauley was flown to University of Cincinnati Medical Center. Pauley later checked himself out of UC hospital and a warrant was issued for his arrest, police said.

Authorities arrested Pauley in Clermont County Thursday. He's being held in the Clermont County Jail.

Court records state Pauley was on probation after he was found guilty of aggravated trespassing and criminal damaging last year in Clermont County.
