BRIGHT, Ind. -- Indiana State Police are seeking help identifying a hit-and-run driver.

A vehicle struck a 35-year-old man at about 10 p.m. Sept. 30 at the intersection of Big Water Court and Gabbard Drive near Bright, police said. The victim was hospitalized for treatment of injuries, and has since been released and was able to describe the driver who hit him.

Investigators are looking for a middle-aged man. They released a sketch of the suspect Thursday using the victim's description.

Police asked that anyone with information about the crash of the identity of the driver call Detective Brent Miller at 812-689-5000.
