CINCINNATI — Cincinnati police are looking for a prisoner accused of fleeing from the University of Cincinnati Medical Center at 2 p.m. Thursday.
Christopher Waters, 38, is 6-foot-2-inches tall and about 210 lbs. He has blonde hair, blue eyes, was last seen wearing a hospital gown and had an IV needle in his arm when he escaped, police say. Waters was in police custody while at the hospital for medical attention.
Waters was previously arrested in January, 2017 for an alleged theft at a Macy's store, according to court records.
Police say Waters may be with a woman in her 20s and a boy estimated to be 2 years old.
The three were last seen headed toward a parking garage at the hospital.
Anyone with information about Waters is asked to call 911 immediately.
