COVINGTON, Ky. — A grand jury on Thursday indicted 33-year-old Patrick Orlando Blanchard on charges of murder and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
Blanchard was arrested Dec. 30, 2018, in connection with the murder of 35-year-old Natasha Henderson earlier that morning.
According to police, Blanchard was riding in a vehicle when he shot and killed Henderson, leaving her body lying in the street. Investigators believe passengers in at least two vehicles behind Blanchard’s witnessed the shooting.
