CINCINNATI — Authorities are asking for the public’s help locating James Crutchfield, 33, on charges of felony rape.
Cincinnati Police's Personal Crimes Unit said Crutchfield is accused of engaging in sexual conduct with a person under the age of 13.
He has a history of criminal charges including domestic violence, theft and drug charges.
Crutchfield’s last known address is on Westknoll Lane in Westwood, but he has been known to frequent the areas of Price Hill and College Hill.
