CINCINNATI — Authorities on Friday arrested the driver accused of killing his passenger in a September crash on Interstate 71, according to court documents.
Lonnell Brown Jr., 24, faces vehicular manslaughter charges in the death of 23-year-old Asiha Allen-Freeman, according to police.
Brown is accused of crashing a 2016 Toyota Camry into a median on southbound I-71 near downtown Cincinnati on Sept. 7, authorities said.
Allen-Freeman, of Indianapolis, was a back-seat passenger in the car. Three others in the car sustained minor injuries.
Police initially said impairment appeared to be a factor in the crash.
Brown was released on his own recognizance, court documents said.
