CLINTON COUNTY, Ohio — A person driving the wrong way on I-71 in Clinton County, Ohio, caused a three vehicle crash, killing one person, Saturday morning.

Police said Ryan Noe, 32, was driving a truck south in the northbound lanes of I-71 when he struck another truck, hauling a camper, head-on. Police say the other truck was then struck by car.

Noe was pronounced dead at the scene by the Clinton County Coroner, and the people in the other two vehicles received non-life threatening injuries from the crash.

Alcohol and drugs are suspected, and the crash remains under investigation.
