CINCINNATI -- While no one likes dealing with IRS, this April 18 will have some benefits.

If you’re looking to get the most out of your return, take advantage of these deals that businesses across the Cincinnati area will be offering on Tax Day.

And you can get free paper shredding, too, if you missed the WCPO 9 On Your Side Shred day this month.

Scroll below for shredding offers.

Remember: you have 3 extra days to file this year, so these deals are not available April 15.

Boston Market

Boston Market will be offering a special Tax Day deal on April 18 — $10.40 will get you a half chicken, two sides, cornbread a cookie and a regular fountain drink. $10.40, as in 1040. Get it?

Bruegger’s

Bruegger’s Bagels in the Cincinnati area has a $10.40 deal of its own on Tax Day. Between April 15 to April 18, those who sign up at Brueggers.com receive a baker’s dozen bagels (13) in addition to two tubs of cream cheese for just $10.40 — a savings of $3.50.

Chili's

Happy hour on Tax Day will be a little bit happier, as participating Chili's restaurants will be offering $5 Presidente Margaritas. A lot of taxpayers will like this one to calm their nerves.

Great American Cookie

Nothing will take your mind off the IRS like a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie. Participating locations of Great American Cookie will offer just that for free on Tax Day.

These are located in Cincinnati's Northgate and Tri County shopping malls.

Mickey D's is offering Tax Day deals on a location-by-location basis, so the offer varies.

Customers in Cincinnati and Dayton, Ohio will get a Big Mac for 18 cents with the purchase of a second Big Mac. In northeast Ohio, customers will get either a Sausage McMuffin with egg or a Big Mac for 29 cents with the purchase of a second sandwich.

Schlotzsky’s

Schlotzsky’s knows that #TaxDayBites. They’re using the hashtag to spread the word that the sandwich shop will be giving away free “The Original” sandwiches,  if you buy a 32 oz. drink and a bag of chips on April 18.

Tony Roma's

The steakhouse is offering taxpayers a free coupon for a slice of Red Velvet Cake on April 18. For those who sign up for the restaurant's email club, the coupon will be sent directly to their inbox. The offer is valid through April 29.

Office Depot and Office Max

Need some sensitive documents to be disposed of after you submit your taxes? Office Depot and Office Max have your back. Print this coupon, and you’ll get 5 lbs. of free bulk shredding until April 23.

Staples

Cincinnati area Staples stores will offer free shredding on Monday, up to a five-pound box.

That way you can get rid of your unwanted paperwork and you don't waste your money.
