The start of the professional baseball season is not a game in Cincinnati. For nearly 100 years, Reds Opening Day has been a citywide celebration. And at the heart of that celebration is the Findlay Market Merchant Association's annual Opening Day parade, which attracts thousands of spectators.

This year is the rare instance when Opening Day and the Findlay Market Parade will take place on two separate days. Reds Opening Day took place Friday when the team played the Washington Nationals at Great American Ball Park. Findlay's merchants postponed the parade until April 2, because the days before Easter Sunday, April 1, are some of the busiest for the market.

Even though the parade takes place four days after the official Opening Day, organizers still anticipate a strong turnout. Here are the best parade watch spots. Tap on the right arrow to move from one slide to the next on the map.

Tap left to move back to the previous slide or on the "back to beginning" button in the top left corner of the map screen.
