CINCINNATI -- The National Weather Service will survey damage in Westwood and Clifton Thursday morning to determine if a tornado touched down overnight.
The two neighborhoods saw heavy damage -- like downed trees and ripped-off rooftops -- Wednesday night.
Tornados were already confirmed in Pennsylvania and Missouri.
