CINCINNATI — A semi tractor trailer flipped inside the Lytle Tunnel Friday evening, and police expected northbound Interstate 71 to remain closed until 4 a.m. Saturday.
There was no word on injuries.
Traffic was being rerouted onto Columbia Parkway, and authorities advised using I-75 to the Norwood Lateral as a detour.
