CINCINNATI -- A passenger died and a driver suffered critical injuries early Saturday when their car rolled and crashed into a Westwood building, police said.
Speed and impairment appear to have been factors, according to the Cincinnati Police Department's Traffic Unit.
Adam Kordes, 29, was driving west on Montana Avenue when he lost control, crossed into the eastbound lanes and hit a curb, police said.
The car went airborne, rolled and hit an apartment building at the corner of Montana and Wunder Avenue.
Albert Biggers, 29, died at the scene. Paramedics took Kordes to University of Cincinnati Medical Center.
Neither man was wearing a seatbelt, police said.
The Traffic Unit asked any witnesses to call 513-352-2514.
