CINCINNATI -- Southbound Interstate 71 was closed for six hours near the Lytle Tunnel after a semitractor-trailer overturned on the sharp curve heading onto Fort Washington Way Tuesday morning.
Traffic from westbound Columbia Parkway and Interstate 471 was also backing up as a result of the crash, which occurred at about 6:30 a.m. The highway reopened at about 12:30 p.m.
