HAMILTON COUNTY, Ohio -- Drivers headed north on Interstate 75 through Cincinnati will need to find a detour overnight Wednesday through Friday.
I-75 will be closed at Mitchell Avenue from starting at 11 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights, lasting until 5 a.m. the next day.
Southbound drivers will also find 15-minute closures on three bridges headed into Northern Kentucky: The Daniel Carter Beard Bridge (on southbound Interstate 471), Brent Spence Bridge (on southbound Interstates 75/71) and Combs-Hehl Bridge (on westbound Interstate 275) will have intermittent closures from midnight to 5 a.m. Thursday to replace former governor Steve Beshear's name with new Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin.
Drivers are urged to find alternate routes, if possible.
