WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A bicyclist was seriously injured in a crash involving a semi truck in the 4900 block of SR-128 close to 9 p.m. Wednesday night, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.
Ron E. Miller, 44, was traveling southbound on the shoulder of Hamilton-Cleves Road when he was struck on the left by a semi truck that was traveling in the same direction.
Miller was transported to University of Cincinnati Medical Center with serious injuries.
Police said the semi truck left the scene without stopping. The sheriff’s office is asking for the public’s help identifying the truck and its operator. The semi truck may have damage to its right front wheel and side.
