For a lot of us, the Cincy Lifestyle is an active one—until it gets gold outside. Then, not so much. So we’ve got some ideas about winter exercise. They include walking at malls, some of which open early for walkers. Other options include dancing and indoor exercise. But the key is to keep moving as a way to ward off disease and illness.
