Don’t pitch those old jeans! You can take them to Madewell at the Kenwood town center. Madewell takes jeans of every size, shape and condition. The women’s clothing store sends the old jeans to their partners at Blue Jeans Go Green, which turns them into housing insulation for communities in need. Since Madwell’s partnership began, the store has recycled more than 250,000 pairs of of jeans, saving 126 tons of waste. By donating your jeans, you will also get a $20 off coupon.
