NOTE: Voting closed at 6 p.m. Wednesday

CINCINNATI – WCPO has partnered with TriStateFootball.com to let fans select the High School Football Player of the Week.   

Between 12 and 15 Tri-State players will be included in an online poll each week. The voting is open until 6 p.m. Wednesday. Fans can vote once per hour, per IP address.

Once a player wins, he will be ineligible to be nominated a second time. The winners will be recognized and receive a plaque at the TriStateFootball.com Year in Review Show in February (more details announced during postseason).

This week's 13 nominees are:

Brayden Burch, Beechwood, QB – The Tigers’ signal caller completed 18-of-23 passes for 274 yards and four touchdown passes as the Tigers knocked off Franklin County (KY).

Michael Crawford, Mount Healthy, QB – He amassed 309 yards of total offense (209 passing, 99 rushing) and accounted for four touchdowns (three passing, one receiving) as the Owls blanked Glen Este, 39-0.

Eric Jackson, Hamilton, QB – Jackson registered 303 yards of total offense (167 passing, 133 rushing) and accounted for five touchdowns (three rushing, two passing) in the Big Blue’s upset victory over Kings.

Zach Lyons, Elder, DB – Lyon had 14 total tackles (eight solo) and a key interception as the Panthers won on the road at Scott County.

Kyle Montag, Oak Hills, RB – The Highlander rushed for 243 yards and four touchdowns as Oak Hills picked up its first win of the year by beating Loveland, 45-28.

Ryan Montgomery, Franklin, ATH – Montgomery found the end zone three times on two runs and a kickoff return while amassing 197 all-purpose yards as the Wildcats remained unbeaten by besting Piqua.

Tanner Morgan, Ryle, QB – The Raider passer completed 16-of-18 attempts for 234 yards and three touchdowns as Ryle rolled over Highlands.

Garyn Prater, Wyoming, WR – Prater hauled in five receptions for 163 yards and four touchdowns as the Cowboys cruised past McNicholas.

Drew Reckart, Edgewood, QB – Reckart completed all four of his passes for 120 yards, and added 35 yards rushing with two touchdown passes and a rushing score as the Cougars handled rival Badin.

Matt Simpson, Conner, WR – The Cougar wideout had three first-half touchdown receptions of 80, 39 and 11 yards as the Cougars knocked off Scott.

Logan Storie, East Central, RB – He compiled 408 yards on 26 carries with four touchdowns as the Trojans handed Franklin County (IN) its first loss.

Chase Witte, Milford, QB – Witte accounted for six touchdowns (four rushing, two passing), ran for 281 yards and threw for 69 more as Eagles outlasted Norwood in a shootout.

Frankie Young, Harrison, QB – The Wildcat threw for six touchdowns and 501 yards as his team got their first win in a thriller at Anderson.
