CINCINNATI — Veteran Bengals left tackle Andrew Whitworth will stay in Cincinnati, at least for one more season.
According to ESPN, the Cincinnati Bengals have signed Whitworth to a one-year contract extension worth $9 million, which came with a $2 million signing bonus.
Whitworth, 33, has guarded the left flank of the Bengals’ offensive line for a decade, making 138 game appearances — 134 of which were starts.
