Former Univeristy of Cincinnati running back Isaiah Pead is in critical condition after a car crash in Columbus, according to ESPN and a Columbus TV station.
Pead starred at Cincinnati before being selected by the then St. Louis Rams in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft.
He played parts of four seasons in the NFL with the Rams and Miami Dolphins.
The 26-year-old remains in critcial condition.
