CINCINNATI — Two people were shot Monday night on Staebler Street in Lower Price Hill, forcing the nearby Oyler High School into a brief lockdown.
Neither of the victims' injuries were life-threatening, Cincinnati Police Department spokesperson Tiffaney Hardy said. Both were shot in the foot, and a suspect fled from the scene.
