Two arrested on meth, heroin charges in Ripley, Ohio

Brown County deputies arrested two people on meth and heroin charges at a home in Ripley Tuesday night, Sheriff Dwayne Wenninger said.

Edward Croswait, 41, of Ripley Road was charged with three felony counts of trafficking meth.

Cheyanne Baker, 20, of Miner Street in Felicity, was arrested on an outstanding warrant from Clermont County for heroin possession. Baker was transported to the Clermont County Sheriff's Office on Wednesday.

Croswait was in custody at the Brown County Adult Detention Center.
