Greg Ramey is to be arraigned today on the indictment unsealed Thursday.

Jon Paul Rion, representing Ramey, said before the court appearance that the images were “provocative but not pornography.”

He added: “Every single individual in these images is clothed.”

Rion said he would enter a not guilty plea on behalf of his client.

“It’s far more benign than someone would expect to see in a case like this,” Rion said. “We can tell you that the images are not even close to what the general public would think would be associated in a case like this.”

There were no sex acts depicted, he said.
