MIAMISBURG, Ohio -- Two-year-old Atticus Phillips, who had on Wednesday afternoon been the subject of a statewide endangered child advisory, was safe with police by 7 that evening.
Phillips was reportedly abducted Monday from 514 East Maple Street, officials said. His suspected abductor was his 20-year-old mother Kelsey Hannah, WCPO news partner the Journal-News reported.
An arrest warrant was issued Wednesday for Hannah, according to Miamisburg Municipal Court records. On Monday, Miamisburg police charged her with interference of custody, municipal court records show.
