ASHTABULA, Ohio -- An Amber Alert for a 2-year-old boy out of northeast Ohio has been canceled.
The child, Antonio Noble, has been found safe as of 7:45 a.m. Monday.
He'd been missing since 9 p.m. Sunday when 31-year-old Jerome L. Noble took him in a gray vehicle, WEWS reported. Jerome is Antonio's father but doesn't have custody of his son, WEWS reported.
Police say Jerome Noble is bipolar and has a history of drug and alcohol abuse.
