FRANKLIN COUNTY, Ind. -- A woman is dead after flood waters swept her car away on Monday evening, RTV6 reported.
Officers found Carol Jackson’s car on Tuesday afternoon. Officials recovered her body at about 3:30 p.m.
Jackson, 63, was the wife of Pastor Jerran Jackson of Clarksburg Christian Church.
