BRACKEN COUNTY, Ky. -- One person is dead after a crash on the AA Highway that occurred just before midnight Tuesday, according to Kentucky State Police.

Michael R. Burns, 36, of Maysville, died at the scene, according to the Bracken County Coroner. Burns, who was driving a 2005 Chrysler 300, crossed the center median colliding with the driver of a tractor trailer. Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash, according to KSP's preliminary investigation.
