NEWPORT, Ky. — Police shut down a parking lot in Newport Plaza Sunday morning to investigate an incident.
The parking lot outside Planet Fitness on Carothers Road was closed off from about 5:30 a.m. until noon while Kentucky State Police conducted an investigation.
