PENDLETON COUNTY, Ky. -- A 7-year-old boy with autism was found several hours after he walked away from a church campsite Saturday afternoon, officials say.

Cameron Tudor appeared to be OK. He was being checked out by medical personnel.

The campsite is near Pleasant Ridge Church, about midway between Dry Ridge and Falmouth.

A search team with bloodhounds found Cameron about a one-half mile from the church on Highway 467, on a hillside near a creek.

K-9 patrols, a helicopter and dozens of law enforcement officers searched for him for several hours.
