LIBERTY TOWNSHIP, Ohio — A Liberty Township man is accused of trafficking fentanyl, according to the Butler County Sheriff’s Office.

Agents from the Butler County Undercover Regional Narcotics Taskforce found more than three ounces of fentanyl at an apartment at 6975 Office Park Drive Unit on Tuesday, authorities said.

Louis James Cooper faces charges of aggravated trafficking and possession of a controlled substance.

“We have zero tolerance for drug traffickers or anyone in possession of an illegal substance in this county. We will continue our efforts in tracking down those individuals and holding them accountable,” Sheriff Richard Jones said.
