HOLTON, Ind. — Indiana State Police are investigating the disappearance of 51-year-old Bryan Eugene Smith, who was last seen on Oct. 15 at 4:00 p.m.
Police said they believe Smith is in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
He stands 5 feet, 6 inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes. Smith was last seen wearing a black ball cap with "SECURITY" written across it in white letters, a black and orange jacket, black khaki-style pants and black Adidas shoes.
Smith is missing from Holton, Ind., but police have issued the alert statewide.
