CINCINNATI — Marco Rubio is the next GOP presidential hopeful to visit the Tri-State.
Rubio will appear at a breakfast at the Queen City Club on Thursday morning, the Journal-News reports.
The visit will be the first of two that day in rival candidate John Kasich’s home state. Later in the day, Rubio will attend an event held at an architectural firm in Cleveland, the Journal-News reported.
The two events are co-sponsored by Ohio State Treasurer Josh Mandel, who broke with Ohio Republicans to endorse Rubio for president instead of Kasich.
According to the report, the first-term Republican senator from Florida hopes to raise as much as $150,000 during the one-day, two-stop visit.
