Brian Chanthapanya and his wife, Pin, spend up to 12 hours preparing the dough to serve up their concoction at their Virginia shop, The Washington Post reported.
Their yeast-leavened dough is versatile, and the couple takes advantage. Instead of stuffing their bagel doughnuts with jellies, the bakery uses cream-cheese based fillings ranging from sweet to savory.
B. Doughnut offers a treat for any kind of craving; they serve up lemon curd, chocolate creme, bacon and chive and smoked salmon, to name a few.
