The rain started late Friday morning and so far, the Tri-State has yet to see a break in the downpour.

Localized flooding will take us through Friday night and into Saturday morning, with 1.5 - 2 inches of rain by noon. Standing water is expected on roadways and low-lying areas.

Problems may pop up just about anywhere; however, Northern Kentucky and areas just east of Greater Cincinnati have the best likelihood of seeing flooding issues as the heaviest rainfall will accumulate in these places.
