A Toledo, Ohio man is being charged on eight counts, including four counts of sexual imposition after several women accused him of taking off their shoes and sucking on their toes at a mall in December, according to court records.

Joseph Jones, 29, pleaded not guilty to eight various counts on Tuesday after facing a Lucas County, Ohio judge. In addition to the four counts of sexual imposition, Jones is being charged with three counts of menacing to cause physical harm and one count of aggravated menacing.

According to victim statements, Jones allegedly removed the women's shoes, and would suck on their toes, and massage their feet without permission.

One of the alleged incidents took place inside of a Pac Sun store. Other reports did not state where in the mall the incidents occurred.

WTOL-TV reported that Jones was described as a well-dressed, engaging man, who complimented one of the victims on her shoes.

“He asked to see her shoes, he said he liked her shoes,” Toledo Police spokesperson Joseph Heffernan told WTOL.

Jones has been banned from the mall, and faces another court hearing on March 14.
