As we head into a new decade, a resident at the Allegany SPCA in Upstate New York will have a new home.

According to the Allegany SPCA, Sissy, who spent nearly four years at the shelter, has a new place to call home for the new year!

Before Christmas, Sissy wrote a letter to Santa asking to be adopted, and before the start of 2020, her wish came true!
