Eminem's ex-wife Kim Mathers accused of violating probation

The ex-wife of rap superstar Eminem is scheduled to be in court next week, accused of violating her terms of probation.

Newly obtained court documents show drug tests for Kim Mathers came back diluted six different times from December of last year to February 1, 2017.

Documents also show in January, the tests came back diluted on back-to-back days.

Mathers briefly talked to us outside of her home. When asked if she did it intentionally, she answered, "Absolutely not."

She crashed her SUV in Macomb Township, Michigan in October of 2015, after police say she admitted to drinking and driving.

In dash cam video from the scene that day, you can hear an investigator say, "I asked her what happened. She said she was drinking and driving. She smells like she's hammered."

Court records also indicate she intentionally smashed up her vehicle, after downing a bottle of liquor.

Mathers said she believes she hasn't done anything wrong, saying she gave hair and blood samples, also voluntarily taking a breathalyzer.

In her words, "Everything was fine."

She's scheduled to be in a Shelby Township courtroom on Monday.
