HARLAN TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- A driver hit and killed a pedestrian late Saturday night near Morrow, Ohio.
Matthew Graus, 33, of Loveland, was driving southwest on state Route 28 when he struck and killed Everett E. Saxon, 50, of Batavia, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
Saxon was walking in the road and wasn't wearing any reflective apparel, OSHP said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Graus was taken to Bethesda North Hospital, where he was treated and released.
The crash remains under investigation.
