SPRINGBORO, Ohio — After widespread power outages due to Wednesday night’s severe thunderstorms and high winds, the city of Springboro opened its doors to those who remained without power Thursday.
Springboro Police Chief Jeffrey Kruithoff said the city will open the Community Room in its municipal building, located at 320 W. Central until midnight.
Kruithoff said the room will be open to anyone without power who needs a place to recharge mobile devices, computers or “a place to just relax and watch TV.”
